Under what conditions request for cashless hospitalization is denied from TPA or diseases not covered?

- Information in the pre-authorization form is insufficient & further information is not available for various reasons for the TPA to arrive at a decision.
- Cashless treatment is denied in case of pre-existing diseases, influence of alcohol, diseases covered under different clauses as per the policy rules made by IRDA.
- In individual policy maternity or related to maternity charges are not covered. You have exhausted your Medical Insurance cover limit.
